Cross Connections Classes are a four-part ‘Discipleship Plan’ designed to help you make the most of your faith in Christ and your connections at Calvary Bible Church.  Through the completion of these classes and your personal commitment to the spiritual habits connected to each class, you will be much more equipped to joyfully live out your Christian faith and to participate in the community of faith, called the church.  These classes are offered every three months and are designed to be taken in consecutive order.  It is our prayer that through it all, you will grow to love…and to be more like, our Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ!

In the months to come, Calvary will be pushing past the 4 BASE classes to develop other weekly sessions in the Life Development Process that will run in the 11-week interim between Cross Connections and help believers gather in mid-sized groups to continue the adventure of life-long spiritual growth.

Cross Connection 101
Discovering New Life
Taught by Pastor James and the Elders, this class is a basic introduction to Calvary Bible Church. It is designed to clearly explain who and what our church is all about.
Required for membership.

Cross Connection 201
Discovering Spiritual Maturity
In this class, we will focus on the habits that every successful Christian must develop in order to grow to spiritual maturity.
Class 101 is a prerequisite.

Cross Connection 301
Discovering Your Ministry
The goals of this class are that one will discover his/her unique S.H.A.P.E. for ministry and commit to developing and using their God-given gifts and abilities in serving God and others in the church family.
Classes 101 and 201 are prerequisites.

Cross Connection 401
Discovering Your Life’s Mission
This is a life-changing class. 401 has 3 primary emphases: Learning to share my faith, becoming a “World-Class” Christian, and Discovering God’s Mission for my life.

Classes 101, 201, 301 are prerequisites.

All classes take place at the Calvary Main Campus - 900 West New York Avenue, Somers Point, NJ,   Space is limited, advance registration is required.  Each class is a prerequisite to the next.

Lunch is provided.  We are sorry, but no childcare is available at Calvary for theses classes.
